About the project
Traackr is a global influencer-marketing platform used by hundreds of brands across more than 70 markets, including L’Oréal, Samsung, Tiffany & Co., Pandora and Diageo. I rebranded the company and redesigned its website, then supported its marketing and sales teams for several years across campaigns, reports, events, digital tools and ongoing creative work.

A brand built to scale
Traackr needed an identity that could feel sophisticated and contemporary without becoming overly corporate, and flexible enough to be used by a globally distributed team.

The system grew around the ideas at the heart of the business: people, communities, influence and data. Soft geometric forms, bold typography and an eclectic color palette created a visual language that could stretch across the website, reports, campaigns, sales materials, social content and events without becoming repetitive.
The identity was recognized with a Bronze A’ Design Award for Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design.

From a rebrand to an ongoing partnership
The initial project became a much broader creative relationship.

I continued working with Traackr across its website, sales and marketing materials, recurring influencer-marketing reports, campaigns and live events.
Traackr’s IMPACT conference series grew into recurring industry gatherings in New York, Paris, London and Los Angeles, bringing together senior marketers from companies including L’Oréal, Dove, Kate Spade, Accor, Coty, Fenty Beauty and Warner Bros. Discovery alongside creators and industry experts. The events became important lead-generation moments for the business, while Traackr’s reports and research reinforced its authority in a category it had helped create.
Rather than repeatedly reinventing the visual language, the work was about giving the team a coherent system that could keep accommodating new content, campaigns and opportunities as the company grew.

Building marketing tools, not just assets
Some of the work went beyond traditional brand materials.

One example was Traackr’s Brand Leaderboard, a digital tool I helped design to turn the company’s proprietary influencer data into a useful marketing resource. The leaderboard remains part of Traackr’s content ecosystem today, benchmarking more than 1,000 beauty brands and 600 fashion brands and supporting a recurring series of creator-marketing leaderboard reports.

Results
Between 2022 and 2025, Traackr’s website sessions grew from 41K to 485K (10×), organic search traffic from 12K to 187K (15×), and social engagements from 20K to 53K (2.5×).
Those results came from Traackr’s broader marketing effort, not design alone. My role was to provide the brand system, website and ongoing creative support that Traackr’s marketing and sales teams could use as their audience, content output, events and digital presence expanded.
Traackr introduced a new brand identity in 2025 as the company entered another stage of its evolution. This case study documents the preceding chapter: the identity, digital presence and marketing system I helped build and support through several years of significant growth
